FAQs

Getting started

How do I book a class?

Book classes via our Studio page. You’ll need to create an account with your name and email address via our scheduling platform Momence. We recommend downloading the Momence App to easily and quickly book classes in future.

I'm a complete beginner, can I still join?

Absolutely! All of our classes welcome beginners, but we recommend our Grounded Flow Yoga, Classic Pilates and Classic Barre classes for first timers. These classes provide a little more time to get comfortable with the movements and keep you safe on the mat. That being said, all our teachers will offer modifications and alternatives to accommodate mixed experience levels, so please let them know if it's your first time on the mat.

Read more about our classes here.

What should I wear and bring to class?

Come in something light and comfortable that allows you to move freely. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated that you can refill in our cafe space.

We are a fully fitted movement studio with mats, blocks, straps, weights, bolsters and blankets to enhance your class. But if you prefer moving on your own mat, of course you can bring it!

When should I arrive for class?

Please arrive around 10 minutes before your class starts. This gives you time to sign in, say hello to your teacher, and find your space on the mat.

If it is your first class we recommend arriving 15 minutes before to familiarise yourself with the space and meet your teacher.

I'm running late, what should I do?

We operate a strict, no late entry policy. This is out of respect for our teachers and students. Sadly you will not be able to change your booking to another date.

Why are some classes longer than others?

Our classes run between 45 minutes and one hour. Our shorter classes are usually scheduled in morning and lunch times - for when you still want to prioritise your wellness at those busier times of day. Our 50-minute classes are the length we've found best for pilates and barre. Our one-hour classes are well-suited to yoga practice, giving your mind and body space to warm up and unwind fully.

Pricing and memberships

How much is a class?

A single drop-in class is £25. We also offer monthly memberships and class packs that result in a lower cost per class. You can find all pricing on our pricing page.

Do you have any intro offers?

Yes! We have our 3 weeks for £30 intro offer for first timers at Sangha. As they say, it takes 21 days to build a habit!

What are your membership options?

We offer flexible monthly memberships or class packs. Whether you come once a week or every day, you can find what works best for your rhythm.

See our memberships and pricing page for full details.

Do you offer any concessions?

We believe movement and community should be accessible. Concession rates are available for full-time students, NHS workers, and those in financial difficulty. Please reach out - no judgment, just support.

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

We operate a strict 10-hour cancellation policy.

If you can no longer attend a class, please cancel on the Momence app or online. When you cancel more than 10 hours before class, your credit will be returned to your account and you will not be charged.

Cancelling less than 10 hours before a class will result in a £10 fee, plus you'll lose that class' credit.

Our no-show fee is £15 per class.  â€‹

Charges will be debited after your missed class. These charges have been put in place out of respect for our community, teachers, and team. We hope you can avoid any charges by cancelling in advance or arriving early, but we understand that life happens, so in extenuating circumstances please reach out to us directly.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! Our monthly members can freeze their membership for a 30-day period, up to twice per calendar year.

Medical holds can be requested with a doctor’s note, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do you have gift cards?

We do! You can purchase gift cards for the studio and cafe here.
