Bio:
Becca's journey into yoga started as a grumpy teenager when her mum took her to a class, at first she wasn't sure, but it remained curious throughout her young adult life, eventually find a consistent and stabilising practice in her early 20's.
With over 6 years experience in the wellness industry Becca is passionate about creating spaces and environments where people feel like they can come back to themselves.
Her teaching style is a mix of traditional sequencing, vibey beats and playfulness.

Bio:
Alex started practicing Yoga in 2010 before eventually training to teach in 2021. Although he is no stranger to dynamic and challenging lessons he also has deep attraction to the slower side of the Practice and completed a Yin Yoga training with Norman Blair in 2024. As a born and bred Wandsworth chap he is very pleased to finally join a Wandsworth based studio.

Bio
Georgia has been teaching yoga since 2018 and has completed over 700 hours of certified training in vinyasa, yin, mindfulness, and meditation.
In her classes at Sangha Studios, you can expect a slow, steady, and mindful practice that offers space to press pause, lean into rest, and leave feeling a little more connected.
Georgia is also a Leadership Coach, supporting new managers through one-to-one and team coaching.

Bio:
Maria has always had a passion for movement and worked as a professional ballet dancer before becoming a Yoga, Pilates and Barre teacher, finishing her first qualification in 2016.
She is known for teaching strong, energetic, fun and challenging, but very supportive and inclusive classes.

Bio:
Claire Chaitanya is an experienced yoga teacher and has studied yoga most of her life, training in Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa.
She received the name ‘Chaitanya’ from her Guru at Rikhiapeeth in India, reflecting a deep connection to traditional yogic roots.
With specialist training in restorative, yin, pregnancy yoga, yoga-birth, hypno-birthing, and anatomy, she now shares an integrated, multi-style approach to yoga and teacher training.

Millie started her career in the psychology world, before pivoting to pilates. Millie’s focus on both the mind and body can be felt in her teaching style - you can expect moments of calm, moments of challenge and to flow through movements seamlessly.
Millie’s comprehensive pilates training means she pays a lot of attention to the small details when it comes to how each individual moves, helping you to get the most out of every single exercise.

Ari is a classically trained ballet and modern dancer and certified group fitness and Barre instructor. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she brings vibrant energy and precision to every class to build strength, grace, confidence and community. With a Masters degree in Public Health, Ari approaches movement as part of a holistic vision of health, designing sessions that are both technically intentional and deeply empowering.

Niamh’s teaching is inspired by the lightness and space that yoga creates - a practice long constant in her life. Drawing heavily from Katonah Yoga principles, she uses structured sequencing, breathwork, and mindful alignment to create classes that balance movement and stillness. She fosters an inclusive space where students meet themselves as they are each day, exploring their edge with curiosity and awareness. Her classes blend dynamic movement with deep stretches, thoughtful pacing, and music that supports the rhythm of the practice, with the ultimate goal that students leave feeling joyful.
